A Celebration of Life Service for Annette Loy Maddox, 50, of Blountsville, will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, May 6, 2023 at the Cullman Funeral Home Chapel. Mark Maddox and Larry Nail will officiate the service.

Annette passed away on April 29, 2023, at the Cullman Regional Medical Center. She was born Feb. 11, 1973, to Randall and Lorraine Loy. She was a loving wife, mom and grand momma who enjoyed spending time with her grandbabies, travelling, and outdoor activities.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Randall and Lorraine Loy.
Annette is survived by her husband of 26 years, David Maddox; daughter, Bonnie (Andrew) Martin; brother, Jesse (Trisha) Loy; grandchildren, Gracelyn, Tyler and Lana; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
