Funeral services for Jeremy Wayne Bice of Hanceville will be 12 p.m. Friday, April 28, 2023 at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Hopewell Cemetery. Scott Arnold and Jimmy Mattox will be officiating. Visitation for the public will be from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at Hanceville Funeral Home.
Mr. Bice was born on Oct. 29, 1976 in Cullman County, Alabama. He passed away at the age of 46 on April 16, 2023 in Jackson County, North Carolina.
Jeremy started Tae Kwon Do, a Korean form of martial arts, at the age of four. Thirty-Seven years later, he achieved the ranking of seventh degree black belt. During a span of forty-one years, through discipline and hard work, he achieved many personal accomplishments. Jeremy had the honor of trying out for the Jr. Olympics. He and his father Jerry, helped form a new Tae Kwon Do Association. Through the Hanceville TKD Fitness Center, Jeremy made a positive impact in the lives of countless young people.
Jeremy’s other passion was classic cars. He was always working on and looking for old cars to fix up. His latest endeavor was a Harley Davidson Fatboy.
Above all, Jeremy was a devoted Husband, Father, and PawPaw. He was a servant of Christ!
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Lisa Saunders-Bice; children, Brooklyn Bice and Jonah Bice; grandson, Jacob Bice; parents, Jerry and Sharon (Nichols) Bice; brother, Isaac Bice; nieces and nephews, Jazmin Bice, Ethan Bice, Zane Bice and Zaxton Bice; and a host of many other family members and friends.
Mr. Bice was preceded in death by his son, Jakob Bice.
