Edith Ranelle Gray, 87, of Cullman, passed away from this life on April 25, 2023, at Woodland Village Nursing and Rehab. She was born Aug. 9, 1935, to Gilbert and Della Mar Lenderman Hemrick. No services are planned at this time.

Mrs. Gray was a teacher for many years. She was an avid reader, loved painting, needlework, gardening and traveling.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert and Della Hemrick; her husband, Jerry Gray; brother, Joe Hemrick and her grandson, Grant Brown.
Mrs. Gray is survived by her son, Jeffrey (Kim) Brown; daughters, Alicia (Danny) Morrow, Pamela (Billy) Taylor; sister, Margene (Tim) Black; grandchildren, Joshua (Amy) Morrow, Brant (Eleni) Morrow, Tyler (Britany) Brown, Justin Brown, Ryan Taylor, Ethan Taylor and Emily Taylor; great-grandchildren, Kane, Ian, Kamdyn Morrow, Katelyn, Makayla, Aaliyah Brown, Nate, Jake Taylor.
