Joyce Ann Blackmon, age 81, of Arab, passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2023, at the Folsom Center. She was born April 15, 1941, to James Edward Phillips and Wilma Pauline Phillips.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bobby Blackmon; father of her children, Billy Joe Mann; brother, Teddy Phillips; and sister, Paula Sando.
Survivors include her daughters, Selena (Dale) Skipper and Stephanie Bentley; stepdaughters, Robin Blackmon and Kim Blackmon; grandchildren, Danielle (Blake) Harper, Kyle Sexton, Kory (Caroline) Sexton, Dylan Skipper, and Alex Bentley; great-grandchildren, Ava Jane Sexton, Elliett Harper, and Griffin Harper; sisters, Janis (Don) Collins and Patsy (Johnny) Baker; brothers, James (Corene) Phillips, Charles Phillips, and Donald Phillips; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
