James Wendell West II, 57, of Cullman, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, Feb. 14, 20232 at his residence.
Jim “Scooter” was born Jan. 5, 1966 to James Wendell West and Pat Spradlin Kirkpatrick. Jim was a kind, loving husband, dad and son who loved to hunt and enjoyed being with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Wendell West; grandparents, J.C. and Alma West and James H. “Poke” and Doris Spradlin and two uncles, Jerry and Dennis Spradlin.
Jim is survived by his wife, Donna “Puddin” West; daughter, Katelyn Elizabeth “Katiebug” West; mother, Pat Kirkpatrick; stepfather, John Kirkpatrick; stepmother, Rosie West; two sisters, Kimberly West Johnston and Kelly West (Bradley) Askew; nieces and nephews, Chase Askew, Erin Askew (Kyle) Hester and Bethany Baker and a host of hunting buddies, childhood friends and work friends; too many to mention by name.
A celebration of life service will be held by Ron Foust at Stonebridge Farms at a later date.
