CULLMAN, Ala. – The North Alabama Agriplex is kicking off its 2023 programs with its Secondary Heritage Homeschool series on Jan. 12, from noon-2 p.m. Green Snake Education, an education company run by Herpetologist Jay Eubanks, will present a live animal show.
Herpetology includes animals from the classes Reptiles and Amphibians. Alabama has an extremely diverse population of both. Eubanks will bring native and non-native animals to show the diversity of these cold-blooded animals. Find out more at www.greensnakeeducation.com.

The Agriplex’s spring program lineup includes agriculture and environmental education workshops once a month on Thursdays. The fall programs will be a Makers Series with monthly hands-on, project-based learning.
This is the second year for the middle school and high school based homeschool series at the Agriplex. Participants have traveled from Blount, Morgan, Madison, Jefferson, Marshall, Shelby and Lamar counties to attend these classes. Parents may accompany their students or drop them off.
