CULLMAN, Ala. – The Cullman County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) made multiple arrests over the Christmas holiday, including:
Thursday, Dec. 22
Deputies arrested Kenneth Author Burks, 21, of Hanceville, on multiple failure to appear warrants, including unlawful possession of methamphetamine, second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies arrested Jason Robert Day, 40, of Hanceville, on multiple warrants, including two for sexual offense reporting and registration requirements, as well as two probation violations for sexual offense reporting and registration requirements.
Friday, Dec. 23
Deputies received a call about a domestic disturbance in the Bremen community. Jackson Stone, 23, of Tennessee, was reported to be the offender.
A traffic stop was conducted a short distance from the residence and Stone was identified as the driver.
Deputies were able to obtain probable cause from the residence and Stone was arrested and charged with menacing.
Saturday, Dec. 24
Deputies responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the Bethel community.
Milferd Roger Defosse, 56, of Cullman, was located at the residence, and it was determined that Defosse had warrants from a previous incident.
He was arrested on those warrants for reckless endangerment and menacing (gun).
Sunday, Dec. 25
Deputies conducted a traffic stop near the Berlin community, and Clifford Wayne Gean, 26, of Cullman, was identified as the driver.
A subsequent search of his person and the vehicle allegedly yielded narcotics and paraphernalia.
Gean was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
