Memorial service arrangements for Thomas Ray Baker, 29, of Cullman are incomplete at this time and will be announced at a later date.
Mr. Baker passed away Thursday, Dec. 1, 2022, at his residence. He was born Nov. 18, 1993, to Larry Lee and Regina Dobbins Baker.
He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Lee Baker; grandparents, Gleen L. Baker and Ray and Myrl Dobbins.
Survivors include his wife, Kendall Elam Baker; daughters, Riddle and Kenadi; mother, Regina Dobbins Baker; grandmother, Doris Fay Baker; mother-in-law, Lori (David) Bates; father-in-law, Kevin (April) Elam; grandparents, Buck and Sherrie Simmons, James and Donna Burns; brothers, Justin Baker, Steven Baker; brother-in-law, Kyle (Kelsi) Elam; aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
