A memorial service for Mark Edward Richter, 52, of Cullman will be 1p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2022, at St. John’s Evangelical Protestant Church in Cullman. Rev. Dr. John Richter will officiate the service.

Mr. Richter was born June 19, 1970, to David Leldon and Wand Kay England Richter. He passed away on Nov. 20, 2022. He enjoyed being outdoors and gardening. Mark loved to sing. He was a loving son, father, brother, and uncle.
He was preceded in death by his father, David Richter; grandfather, Hubert Richter; grandparents, William and Maebelle England.
Mr. Richter is survived by his mother, Wanda (Shirley) Witcher; grandmother, Hazel Richter; daughter, Emmaline Richter; mother of Emmaline, Andria Sims; brothers, Andrew (Christy) Richter, Alex Richter; sisters, Jennifer Richter, Abby (Scotty) Estes; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
