Funeral Service for J. L. Hopper, age 90, of Eva, will be at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2022, at Gum Pond Primitive Baptist Church with Daniel Hopper officiating; Burial is at Gum Pond Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 – 8 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 19, 2022, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Hopper passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2022, at his residence. He was born January 6, 1932, to Lama Eloy and Izella Hopper.
He was preceded in death by his wife: Glenda Hopper; parents; sisters: Pauline Cobbs, Christine Leeth, and Alta Mae Self; and brothers: Marvin Hopper and Willard Hopper.
Survivors include his daughter: Judy (Randy) Caudle; son: Daniel (Donna) Hopper; grandson: Buckley (Beth) Hopper and Ashley (Brittney) Hopper; great-grandchildren: Brayden Hopper, Kelsie Hopper, Brandon Hopper, and Brynne Hopper; sisters: Wilda Ellenburg and Patsy Walden; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
