Gracie (Cullman County Animal Shelter)

CULLMAN, Ala. – Volunteer Donna Ruttkay of the Cullman County Animal Shelter shares this week’s Cullman Tribune Pet of the Week: Gracie.

Gracie is a Corgi/terrier mix who is just shy of a year old. The sweet girl is a people’s dog often opting to stay close to her person rather than play with the other dogs in the yard. The combination of her breeds predetermines Gracie to be an inquisitive, smart little herder with strong little legs ready to stay by your side.

The young girl is leash savvy and certain to be an excellent companion. Also, this journalist needs someone to adopt Gracie before I add her to my menagerie!

Gracie’s adoption fee includes DHLPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccines, rabies vaccine, wormer, general exam at the vet and microchip.

Contact the Cullman County Animal Shelter at 256-734-5448 or cullmancountyanimalshelter@gmail.com  or visit the shelter at 935 Convent Road NE.

Last week’s highlighted Pet of the Week, Jordan, found a lovely family of his own and is living large basking in love and companionship.
