CULLMAN, Ala. – The Cullman County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) had an eventful week with multiple drug-related arrests that stemmed from warrants and/or traffic stops.  

On Monday, Aug. 8, CCSO deputies picked up Byron Timothy Addison, 47, of Cullman, from the Covington County Jail.  

He was transported back to the Cullman County Detention Center where was arrested on multiple failure to appear warrants, including burglary, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (2 counts), promoting prison contraband, unlawful possession of dangerous drugs (3 counts), attempting to elude and driving without a license.  

On Friday, Aug. 12, deputies arrested Christopher Charles Pennington, 61, of Hanceville, on failure to appear warrants stemming from incidents that occurred in 2021.  

He was charged with drug trafficking and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.  

On Sunday, Aug. 14, deputies located a subject outside the Cullman County Detention Center near the Dumpsters. The subject was identified as Stephanie Dawn Williams Goudeau, 49, of Cullman.  

After investigating and searching the immediate area, deputies allegedly found narcotics belonging to Goudeau. 

She was charged with unlawful distribution of methamphetamine (2 counts) and unlawful possession of dangerous drugs.  

Also on Aug. 14, deputies located a vehicle parked at a church in the Good Hope area. The church was closed at the time.  

Carliea Quick, 50, of Cullman, was located inside the vehicle.  

A subsequent search of the vehicle allegedly yielded narcotics and paraphernalia.  

Quick was charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
