CULLMAN, Ala. – After two successful and well-attended 2nd Fridays events in June and July, this Friday brings the summer’s final 2nd Fridays to the Warehouse District. The free Aug. 12 event will feature the Avenue G Band and Sipsey Falls and run from 5-10 p.m.

The community celebration begins on Arnold Street and continues south along First Avenue Northeast. Several Kidz Zones, the Vendors Village and multiple food trucks will be on hand.

A cruise-in car show, in memory of Harold Huffstutler, will feature cars and motorcycles on Arnold Street and in the Depot Park and Cullman Economic Development Agency parking lots. Vehicles for the car show are allowed to enter the grounds at 4:45 p.m.

For those wishing to place a bet to win money and prizes, Sacred Heart Church will be hosting bingo and bunco games at the Family Life Center behind the church beginning at 5 p.m. Food and drinks will be available at Sacred Heart for purchase.

Several businesses along First Avenue will extend their hours to allow 2nd Fridays attendees the chance to shop.

2nd Fridays are hosted by Cullman Parks, Recreation & Sports Tourism and the Cullman Area Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center. For more information, visit www.facebook.com/2ndFridaysCullman
