CULLMAN, Ala. – Cullman’s new premier water park, WildWater, will host its first movie night on Thursday evening, bringing fun for the whole family to Disney fans.
WildWater’s Splash-In Movie night will be shown on the big screen with the park’s 22,000 square foot wave pool hosting movie goers. While the waves will be off during the showing, the pool will act as seating for the audience members during the open sea escapade.
The Disney musical box office hit Moana will be the feature on Thursday night. The 2016 animated adventure tells the story of a spunky Polynesian teenage girl, Moana, who teams up with the demigod Maui on a mission over the ocean to save her native people. Facing seemingly insurmountable odds, the pair encounter unexpected challenges and face larger than life monsters.
WildWater’s gates are set to open at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday night with the movie beginning at 7:30 p.m. Admission will be half price with the wave pool being the sole accessible attraction open.
