It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of James Vincent Lambert on Saturday, June 18, 2022. This is a completely unexpected loss and our family is devastated by his passing.

Vince was born in 1968 in Arab, Alabama, to his parents Ronald Lee Lambert and Linda Nell Lambert Henry.

He was a bright spark from the very beginning, discovering his passion for music at a very young age. The drums were his first instrument to learn but would soon find that his instrument of choice was bass guitar. He was in the band at Fairview High School. After graduating, he went on to play and sing in multiple bands such as Ringo Levio, Horse and Vinnie and the Cadillacs just to name a few. Vince also dabbled in woodworking. He co-owned and operated a sign business in the city of Cullman for many years. Anyone who knew Vince knew the type of soul he had and knows how difficult this loss is for our family.

Vince leaves behind his parents; wife: Wendy Lambert; daughters: Chloe and Sophia Lambert; siblings: Lisa (Adam) Smith and Cynthia Knight; nephew: Alexander Knight; nieces: Brinley and Ella Smith and great-nieces: Kaylee and Layla Knight.

Please arrive ready to remember our dearest Vince with a Mass of Christian Burial Friday, June 24, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery at approximately 11:15 a.m. with a luncheon to follow at the Sacred Heart Family Life Center. The mass will be preceded with a rosary at 9:15 a.m. for anyone who would like to come. Please join us and take the time to remember the beautiful soul that was Vince.
