Lorraine June Miller, 71, of Addison, formerly of Vero Beach, Florida, entered into rest on Monday, May 23, 2022 at her home.
Lorraine was born on July 12, 1950 in Denver, Colorado. She had a giving heart and was always willing to help anyone that needed it. She was very loving and had a great sense of humor. She was one of a kind.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 30, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Addison, where services will be at 4:00 p.m.
Lorraine is survived by her husband of 55 years: Joseph “Sonny” Miller; son: Joe Miller Sr. and his wife Angie; daughter: Cathy Miller-Rogers and her spouse Chris; adopted daughter: Elise Brunson; sisters: El’Leita Duff and Lorretta Jobe; brother-in-law: Richard (Sue) Miller; grandsons: Allen McMurrey and J.C. (Kayla) Miller; granddaughter: Kellie (Preston) Miller; honorary grandson: Cody Henley; honorary granddaughters: Hayley Clinton, Day Spears and Lilly Schmalfeldt; great-grandchildren: Khaleesi, Atreyu and Odis McMurrey, James Rowland III and Jaxson Melson and nieces and nephews: Regina Parris, David Hunter, Chad Owl, Elleita Owl, Harold (Michelle) Miller, Sharon Miller and Timothy Miller.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Robert and Angelina Jobe; sister: Marlene Hunter and nephew: Scott Gore.
