Jerry H. Sullins, of Cullman, Alabama, passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2022. He was 70 years old. Mr. Sullins was born December 4, 1951, in Cullman County, to David and Margaret Culwell Sullins.
Mr. Sullins was a member of Oak Level Baptist Church. He was a carpenter by trade and was a very hard worker. Jerry was a giving man with a big heart. He loved his family and he enjoyed caring and providing for them. Mr. Sullins will be missed greatly by his family and friends.
Jerry is preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Pete Sullins and Willie Sullins; sister: Patricia Sullins and a grandson: Zac Sullins.
Mr. Sullins is survived by his wife: Polly Sullins; son: Derrick Lovell (Dianna); daughter: Delisa Sullins (Renita Cook); brothers: Larry Sullins and Jack Sullins (Louise); sister: Carolyn Jones; grandchildren: Gail Huggins (Will), Kristina Fletcher, Brett Lovell, Joshua Lovell and Amber Calvert; great-grandchildren: Alyssa Huggins, Amaya Heflin, Makayla Heflin and Carter Huggins (Liam); great-great-grandson: Kayden; mother-in-law: Muriel Helton and brother-in-law: Bruce Helton.
Funeral services for Mr. Sullins are 12:00 p.m., Saturday, May 21, 2022, in the Holly Pond Funeral Home Chapel, with Etsel Riddle officiating. Burial will follow in Holly Pond Cemetery. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Saturday morning from 10:00 a.m., until services begin at 12:00 p.m.
