Nellene Wade, age 86, of Double Springs, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2022 at Walker Baptist Medical Center.
She was born May 2, 1935 to Mack and Alpha Wolfe.
Visitation will be Saturday, April 30, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Double Springs, where the service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery in Double Springs. Reverend T.J. Millican will officiate.
Nellene is survived by her children: Jayne (Terry Wayne) Hunter, Dale Wade, Gloria (Aron) Nielsen and Michael (Kelly) Wade; grandchildren: Eric Hunter, Richelle Tracy, Brett Hunter, Alana Galloway, Bethany Tracy, Cameron Hunter, Nathan Nielsen, Joshua Price, Caleb Nielsen, Jordan Wade Rhodes, Jacob Price, Garrett Wade and Brody Wade; seven great-grandchildren; sister: Maxine White and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Edsel Wade; daughter: Michelle Wade Smeltzer; parents: Mack and Alpha Wolfe and brothers: Hollis Wolfe and Hoyett Wolfe.
