HANCEVILLE, Ala. – Cullman County Sheriff’s Office Investigators executed a search warrant at a residence in the Hanceville area on Friday, April 22.
The search warrant was secured due to information obtained concerning an incident that had occurred earlier this month.
Nathan Aaron Varney, 32, of Hanceville was located at the residence. Marijuana and other evidence was also recovered. Varney was arrested and charged with: possession of marijuana in the second degree and sex offense – sexual abuse.
