CULLMAN, Ala. – The Cullman County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man in the Joppa community around 10:45 a.m. on Friday, April 8.
James A. Jones, 21, was arrested for assault-harassment and sexual contact- no consent or 12-16 years-old.
Jones has been released on bond. The charge stems from a report of unwanted physical contact by Jones with a juvenile 12-16 years of age. At this time, Jones is not a registered sex offender.
