Diane Crane Defoor, age 58, of Athens, Alabama, formerly of Haleyville, passed away Saturday, April 9, 2022.
She was born on April 21, 1963 in Birmingham, Alabama.
Diane, also known as “Di” or “Dinger,” was loved by so many. She loved her grandbabies and was always capturing the moment with a camera in her hand.

Diane is survived by her sons: Chris (Christy) Defoor and Jason Douglas Defoor; siblings: Donald (Connie) Crane, Charles (Kathy) Crane, Regina (late, Tommy) Thomas, Edward Crane, Kenneth Crane, Debra (William “Willie”) Singleton and James (Debbie) Crane; grandkids: Conner, CamberMae and Michael and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father and stepmother: William Earl and Kathryn Crane; mother: Louise Tucker Crane and sister: Juanita Cox.
