Amelia Ann Snead, 84, of Arley, passed away April 7, 2022 at Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham.
She was born September 7, 1937 in Townley, Alabama.
Amelia is survived by her husband: Johnny Snead; sons: David Oglesby and Daniel Oglesby; sister: Connie Mullins and many grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Arsene and Maybelle Tate; brother: Rodney Tate; sister: Jeanie Newcomb and stepson: Johnny Snead II.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 11, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Bethel No.1 Baptist Church in the Wilson Bend Community. A funeral service will be held at the Church on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at 3:00pm. Burial will follow in the adjoining Cemetery. Brother Michael Tidwell will officiate.
