CULLMAN COUNTY, Ala. – Over the past week, drug possession, failure to appear warrants and traffic stops leading to multiple felony arrests was the main workload of the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office.
On Friday, April 1, Jennifer Renae Allen, 46, of Cullman was arrested by CCSO deputies at her residence for outstanding warrants.
She was charged with failures to appear for: possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic violation and probation revocation/possession of dangerous drugs.
CCSO deputies also conducted a traffic stop in the Battleground area on Friday. Felipe Torres Lopez, 32, of Tanner was a passenger in the vehicle, of which a search yielded drugs and paraphernalia, which Lopez claimed.
He was arrested and charged with: possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On Saturday, April 2, CCSO deputies arrested Byron Timothy Addison, 47, of Cullman for multiple outstanding warrants.
He was charged with failure to appear for: burglary, possession of dangerous drugs (two counts), possession of drug paraphernalia (two counts), attempting to elude, promoting prison contraband and a traffic violation.
Anthony Ray Beasley of Cullman was arrested by CCSO deputies on April 3 for multiple outstanding warrants.
He was charged with failure to appear of: distribution of dangerous drugs (three counts), possession of dangerous drugs (two counts), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a forged instrument, larceny, receiving stolen property, traffic violation (two counts), escape, possession of stolen property and shoplifting. He was also arrested for larceny (warrant) and trespassing (warrant).
Also on Saturday, CCSO deputies conducted a traffic stop in North Cullman due to traffic violations.
Faith Marie Bogart, 39, of Cullman was the driver of the vehicle.
A search of the vehicle yielded Marijuana and paraphernalia.
She was arrested and charged with: possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Saturday, CCSO deputies also arrested Jesse Caleb Glasgow, 26, Cullman an outstanding warrant for failure to register/sex offense.
Another traffic violation stop led Cullman County Sheriff’s Office deputies to a drug arrest in the West Point area on Saturday. Casey Alex Gray, 39, of Vinemont was the driver of the vehicle. A search of the vehicle yielded drugs and paraphernalia.
He was arrested and charged with: possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Lastly, Cullman County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a traffic stop in the Fairview area also due to traffic violations.
Walnetia Louise Peace Noe, 42, of Cullman was the driver of the vehicle. A search of the vehicle yielded drugs and paraphernalia.
She was arrested and charged with: possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
“Our deputies at the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office have been extremely proactive in their work,” Sheriff Matt Gentry said. “Remaining diligent and getting these drugs off the street is a point of emphasis for the Sheriff’s Office. I am proud of the hard work and dedication all of our deputies continue to show.”
