CULLMAN, Ala. – The 2022 tax lien auction for delinquent 2021 ad valorem property taxes are scheduled for Tuesday, May 3, 2022, in the County Commission meeting room, located in the Cullman County Courthouse at 500 2nd Avenue SW.
This year’s auction marks the first in-person tax lien auction since social distancing recommendations were implemented in 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The tax lien auctions for 2019 and 2020 delinquent ad valorem property taxes were held online via tax lien auction company, GovEase.
All prospective bidders who wish to participate in the tax lien auction must register in person at the Cullman County Revenue Commission office by close of business on Monday, May 2, 2022.
