Olivia Jane Johnson, age 47, passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at Lawrence County Hospital. She was born on September 17, 1974 in Jasper, Alabama to Roger and Nellie Alexander.
Olivia was an avid rock collector. She was very crafty and loved driving a truck and was known as “Ghost Rider.” She loved her husband dearly and loved to fight with him, she loved her family, especially her kids and grandkids. She felt that she was here on earth to change people’s lives.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in the Double Springs Chapel, where services will be held on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Williams Cemetery in Black Pond, Alabama.
Olivia is survived by her husband of 29 years: James “Gizmo” Johnson; daughters: Sarah (Brandon) Woods, Trista (Nathan) Wolfe, Samantha Johnson (fiance’ Chris Rickard) and Angie Johnson; sons: Jay Pruitt and James Wayne Johnson (fiance’ Abby Armstrong); grandchildren: Boston Woods, Ava Woods, Hydee Woods, Titus Woods, Danielle Wolfe, Elijah Wolfe, Blaklynn Johnson, Ellen Cleghorn, Colt Cleghorn, Caleb Pruitt, Jasmine Pruitt, Brayden Wayne Johnson, Kolter Johnson, Brett Johnson, Chloe Johnson and Sophia Johnson; mother: Nellie Jane Alexander; father: Roger Alexander; brothers: Wayne Alexander and Joe Alexander and sister: Angie Charlene Thompson.
She was preceded in death by her sister: Myra Moore; brother: Luke Alexander and mother-in-law and father-in-law: Ellen and Raymond Johnson.
