Funeral service for Bonnie Jean James, age 87, of Cullman, will be at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home with Jeremy Crowe officiating, with burial at Flint Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.

Mrs. James passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2022. She was born December 24, 1934, to Luther and Della Yarbrough.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Deward James; parents; grandson: Justin Dyer; brothers: Clyde Yarbrough, Cletus Yarbrough and Clarence Yarbrough and sisters: Cordie Barnett and Betty Mae Drake.
Survivors include her daughters: Kathy (Donald) Dyer and LeighAnne (Reggie) Basenburg; grandchildren: Jesica (Jeremy) Crowe, Maeleigha (Danny) Weaver, Jared (Gennifer) Dyer, Joshua (Susanne) Dyer and Dylan (Mykenzie) Basenburg and great-grandchildren: Macie Dyer, Brooklynn Dyer, Grant Dyer, Nolan Dyer, Kalen Dyer, Tatum Dyer, Lincoln Crowe, Elliott Grace Crowe and Walker Weaver.
