CULLMAN COUNTY, Ala. – The Cullman County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested a Cullman man for multiple Grand Jury Indictments and warrants on Friday, February 25.
Charles Patrick Wayn Burgess, 30, was charged with homicide/capital murder (GJ), murder/domestic violence (GJ), burglary/four counts (GJ) and criminal trespassing (warrant).

On Saturday, February 26, deputies stopped Phillip Joe White, 61, of Cullman, in the Vinemont area for a traffic violation. Ashley Renee Crenshaw, 30, of Cullman was a passenger in the vehicle.
Both White and Crenshaw had active warrants and were placed under arrest. Narcotics were also located inside the vehicle.
White was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of dangerous drugs (warrant), possession of drug paraphernalia (warrant), shoplifting (warrants/two counts), criminal trespassing (warrant) and traffic violations (warrants/six counts).
Crenshaw was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of Dangerous Drugs (warrants / 3 counts), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (warrants/two counts) and promoting prison contraband (warrant).
Also on Saturday, Cullman County Sheriff’s Office deputies went to a residence in the Baileyton area in an attempt to locate an individual and serve felony warrants.
Upon arrival, the suspect was gone, but they were able to locate Michele Day Nolasco-Medel, 40, of Blountsville. She was also found to be in possession of narcotics and paraphernalia and was arrested for warrants.
She was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and traffic violations (warrants/two counts).
On Sunday, February 27, deputies located Dustin Andrew Dakota Moore, 24, of Holly Pond, walking in the Holly Pond area. Moore had multiple warrants for his arrest. He was transported to the Cullman County Detention Center.
He was charged with possession of dangerous drugs (warrant/two counts), possession of methamphetamine (warrant), possession of drug paraphernalia (warrant/two counts), larceny/theft (warrant), forgery (warrant), attempting to elude (warrant) and traffic violations (warrant /seven counts).Â
