CULLMAN COUNTY, Ala. – The Cullman County Sheriff’s Office made four arrests countywide from child pornography, forcible rape and other related charges this week.
On Monday, February 14, CCSO Deputies arrested Brian Michael Kuykendall, 33, of Hanceville on multiple Grand Jury indictments. He was charged with possession of child pornography (GJ) and production of pornography with minors (GJ).
Also on Monday, CCSO deputies arrested Michael Lee McGinnis, 41, of Huntsville, on a Grand Jury indictment: possession of child pornography (GJ).
On Tuesday, February 15, CCSO deputies arrested Joshua Lynn Hurd, 35, of Falkville at a residence in the Goldridge area. He was charged with multiple sex crimes: forcible rape, statutory rape, enticing a child, sexual abuse in the second degree and incest.
That same day, Kirk Kendall, 21, of Franklin, Kentucky was arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center for multiple Grand Jury indictments. He was charged with traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act (GJ), electronic solicitation of a child (GJ), enticing a child (GJ) and sexual contact without consent (GJ).
Cullman County Sheriff Matt Gentry applauded the efforts of the deputies involved for smooth arrests and transfers.
