Paul Randall Linam, Sr., age 68, of Haleyville, passed away Sunday, February 13, 2022, at Lakeland Community Hospital.
Mr. Linam. was born on October 8, 1953 in Haleyville, AL to Paul Gipson Linam and Agnes Olene King Linam. Paul was a member of the Ninth Ave Church of Christ and National Rifle Association (NRA). He was a proud supporter of the Haleyville American Legion. Paul was a third-generation trucker and received “The Million Mile Safe Driving Award”.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, February 17, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. at Ninth Ave Church of Christ in Haleyville, where the memorial service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Andy Kizer and Mathew Balentine will officiate.
Paul is survived by his wife: Becky Linam; children: Randall Linam, Jr. (Jessica); Cecily Linam Barnett (Chad); grandchildren: Sarah Linam and Cole Linam; sister: Gnean Linam Whitten; two beloved pets: Jack and Jimmy and host of friends and family
He was preceded in death by his parents Paul and Olene Linam.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donation be made to the Ninth Ave Church of Christ, American Legion Whitehead Post (Unit 33) or the Misty Romine Scholarship Fund.
