Funeral service for Janice Laney, age 67, of Cullman, was held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 14, 2022, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home with Etsel Riddle officiating and burial at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Visitation was from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 13, 2022, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.

Mrs. Laney passed away on Friday, February 11, 2022, at Huntsville Hospital. She was born June 16, 1954, in Cullman, AL to Hayse and Sylvia Brock.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers: Howard and Kenneth Brock and sister: Gaynell Latham.
Survivors include her husband: Ralph Laney; daughter: Jennifer (Tony) Lambert; son: Glen (Jennifer) Laney; grandchildren: Jake (Emily) Lambert, Michael (Emily) Lambert, Caleb (Amber Dewberry) Lambert, Abbie Cook, Gracie (Gage Henke) Cook and and Emma Laney; great-grandchildren: Truett Lambert, Mabri Lambert and Emmett Cook and nine siblings.
