Barbara Lee Rowland, 79, of Cullman passed away January 29, 2022, at her residence
surrounded by family.
Barbara was born October 30, 1942, in Grove City, Ohio to the late Ralph and Edith Dunn. She
was the middle child of five children, one preceded in death.
Barbara married Robert (Bob) Rowland in 1963, having one daughter.
Barbara worked for Kroger Bakery in Columbus, Ohio for 10 years until becoming a stay-at-
home mother. After retiring from Crown Hallmark Store in London, Ohio in 2000, she moved to
Cullman with Bob to enjoy retirement.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years: Bob; daughter: Christina (Jeff) Robison; sisters:
Kathleen (John) Havekost of California and Alice (Phil) Lowery of Ohio; brother: George
Dunn (Linda) of Louisiana; grandchildren: Josh Rowland, Cameron Salimbene, Kaylee Robison,
Kirsten Robison and Matthew (Morgan) Robison; seven great-grandchildren and loving friend:
MaryAnn Parker.
Services will be held at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home on Monday, January 31, 2022, with
visitation from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. with services at 6:00 p.m. with Dr. Ed Hayes officiating.
