Susie Eldis Henry, age 94, of Falkville, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. Susie was born April 16, 1927 in Alabama.
Susie is survived by her son: John Wayne Henry; her grandchildren: Johnny Ray Buford Henry and Stephanie Harris; her great-grandchildren: Eric (Ashley) Henry, Kathryn Henry, Deborah Henry, Hailee Harris, Drewsilla Maillard, Alice Mae Maillard and Ashlee Maillard and her great-great-grandchildren: Nevaeh Henry, Axl Henry and Emalee Henry.
Susie was preceded in death by her husband: James William Henry; her parents: Andrew and Katherine Montgomery Turner; her brother: Houston Turner; her sons: Larry James Henry and Jimmie Henry; her sisters: Berthie Segars, Mattie Segars, Lillie Milstead, Angeline Anderson, Eloise Mathis and her grandchildren: Larry Wayne Henry and Nina Henry.
A celebration of life visitation for Susie will be held Monday, January 31, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Moss-Service Funeral Home. A celebration of life funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. An interment will occur at Cedar Creek Cemetery, Hartselle, AL.
