Memorial service for Frederick Mathis, age 78, of Cullman, will be at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at Simcoe Baptist Church.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Mathis passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2022, at his residence. He was born January 26, 1943, to John and Mary Mathis.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Ann Mathis; sons, John (Tracy) Mathis, Jeremy Mathis, Byron (Tan) Phillips, and Frederick Forahand; grandchildren, Chase Mathis, Scout Phillips and Bijou Phillips; and great-grandchild, Emma Chase Mathis.
