Eugene Tunney Fell, age 92, of Crane Hill, Alabama passed away on Monday, January 10, 2022. Eugene was born December 18, 1929 in Crane Hill to Lee Roy and Desser Twilley Fell.
He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters: Geneva Waldrep, Geanetta Sharpton, Audie Sharpton, Nell Perdue and Peggy Graves and grandchildren: TJ Tucker and Freeman Brannan.
Mr. Fell worked for and retired from the Cullman County Road Department as a road supervisor.
Funeral services are Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Hope Baptist Church in Crane Hill with Rev. Delbert Freeman officiating. Interment will follow services in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Mr. Fell will lie in state for one hour prior to the service.
Survivors are daughter: Darlene (Joey) Brannan of Crane Hill; son: Darrell (Myra) Fell of Crane Hill; brother: J.C. (Annette) Fell of Texas; brothers-in-law: Dalton Sharpton and Gene Graves; grandchildren: Tony (Ashley) Fell, Jamie Tucker and Lacey Brannan all of Crane Hill; great-grandchildren: Sylvia (Zach) Groves, Andrew Tucker, Jonathan Fell, Patton Brook Fell, Mark Lott, Ponder Lott all of Crane Hill and great-great-grandchild: Trevor Groves of Crane Hill.
Visitation is Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Moss Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
