CULLMAN, Ala. – Cullman County Deputies responded to the Good Hope area around 1:00 a.m. on Halloween for reports of gunshots.
Brody Austin Petix, 20, of Gardendale, was arrested on charges of public intoxication and hunting at night.
Petix was located and determined to be intoxicated. There was also evidence that he had been hunting. Petix was arrested and transported to the Cullman County Detention Center.
