Vinemont man arrested on Grand Jury indictment child porn charges

VINEMONT, Ala. – The Cullman County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Vinemont man at his residence on Saturday, October 2, on Grand Jury Indictments for child pornography. 

Charles Dustin Peace, 38, of Vinemont, was arrested at his home by CCSO deputies serving the felony Grand Jury indictments. 

Peace was located and found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia, which was also in plain sight. 

He was charged with four counts of possession with intent to disseminate child pornography and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

He is being held at the Cullman County Detention Center.
