Crysta Rosalie Shaw, age 2, of Haleyville, passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at Children’s Hospital in Birmingham.
Miss Crysta was born on May 18, 2019 in Birmingham, Alabama.
Visitation will be Saturday, October 2, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville, where the service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Brother Gary Wakefield will officiate. Burial will be at Winston Memorial Cemetery in Haleyville, Alabama.
Crysta is survived by her mother: Allison Shaw; father: Douglas Montgomery; siblings: Gabriel Pruitt, Addalee Pruitt and Jaxson Riley; grandparents: Randle Shaw Jr. and Christina Shaw; and great-grandparents: Sally Shaw and Jimmy Cummings.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Renae Montgomery and Wade Montgomery and great-grandparents: Randle Shaw Sr. and Molly Cummings.
