CCSO receives $2500 from Cullman County Industrial Development Authority

CULLMAN, Ala. – The Cullman County Industrial Development Authority (IDA) presented a check on Friday to the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office. 

According to the Cullman County IDA, $2,500 was donated to the CCSO to support the special projects fund. 

“The money will help special needs children in Cullman County, buy deputies much needed equipment, pay for deputies training and also buy supplies for the Cullman County Inmate Litter Crew,” Cullman County Economic Development Director Bradley Williams said. 

“We greatly appreciate the Cullman County Industrial Development Authority for this generous donation. This will help provide needed equipment and training for the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office,” said Sheriff Gentry. 

Those present for the presentation included: Cullman County Industrial Development Authority Chairman Jason Grimmett, Secretary-Treasurer Raymond Williams, Board Member Champ Crocker and Cullman County Economic Development Director Bradley Williams.
