CULLMAN COUNTY, Ala. – After Cullman County Deputies attempted to serve a warrant in the Bremen area, they were able to make four arrests at a residence on September 11.
CCSO deputies were attempting to locate Justin Wise in a Bremen home.
While at the residence, deputies discovered various illegal drugs and paraphernalia. Phyllis Wise, Bobby Calvert and Emma Swindall were also at the residence.
The following is the arrest list:
Justin Wise (37) was charged with:
– possession of methamphetamine
– possession of a controlled substance
– possession of marijuana 2nd
– possession of drug paraphernalia
– 2 counts distributing synthetic narcotics (warrants)
Emma Swindall (23) was charged with
– possession of methamphetamine
– possession of a controlled substance
– possession of marijuana 1st
– possession of drug paraphernalia
Phyllis Wise (56) was charged with:
– possession of marijuana 2nd
– possession of drug paraphernalia
Bobby Calvert (54) was charged with:
– possession of drug paraphernalia
