James Harold Morrow, age 83, of Cullman, Alabama passed away on Monday, August 30, 2021. James was born February 5, 1938 in Hamilton, Alabama, to James Henry and Ophelia Belk Morrow.
Mr. Morrow retired from the National Guard and was a member of the West Point Masonic Lodge. Mr. Morrow was also very active in the Bethsadia Volunteer Fire Department. Mr. Morrow also worked and retired from The Alabama Department of Transportation as an equipment supervisor.
A visitation for James will be held Saturday, September 4, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Baldwin Heights Baptist Church (2489 US Highway 278 W, Cullman, AL 35057). A celebration of life funeral service will follow at 12:00 p.m. at the church with Rev. Ben McKenzie and Rev. Jerald Adams officiating. An interment will occur Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Baldwin Heights Cemetery (2489 US Highway 278 W, Cullman, AL 35057).
Mr. Morrow is survived by wife: Rubel “Ruby” Morrow; daughter: Deborah (Charles) Pennington; sons: Keith (Reeta) Morrow and Kevin (Pam) Morrow; sister: Virginia Finch; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
