Funeral service for Annie Bell Powell, age 79, of Vinemont, will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 4, 2021, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home with Adam Twilley officiating, with interment in Emeus Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Friday, September 3, 2021, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.

Mrs. Powell passed away on Tuesday, August 31, 2021, at Cullman Regional. She was born May 11, 1942, in Missouri to Virgil and Virginia P. King.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband: William “Rufus” Powell; daughter: Rebecca Adams; sons: Ronnie Powell and Donnie Powell and three brothers.
Survivors include her daughters: Ginger (David) Johnson and Tammy (Jearl) Nichols; sons: William (Tracy) Powell, Jr. and Allen Powell; daughter: Tracy Hipp; son-in-law: Howard Adams; grandchildren: Elisha (John) Mason, Patricia (Tom) Gartside, Kenneth (Sherry)McNeely, Jr., Elizabeth (Joseph) Lamb, Jacob Adams, Bryan (Beth) Adams, Pennie (J) Bruce, Colman McNeely, Jr.,, Krystal Powell, Robert (Brittany) Powell, Jordan Brock, Justin (Keshia) Brady, Jonathan Powell, Felipe Powell, Jose Powell, David Powell, Cody Hipp, Scotty Hipp, Rheagan Hipp and Shawn (Samantha) Hipp; great-grandchildren: Breanna (Jacob), Brittany (Alex), Austin, Timothy, Becca, Shay, Natalie, Payton, Jadya, Drake, Micah, Melisha, Ella, Noah, McKaya, Roger, Nathsha, Bailey, Colman III, Abri, Karman, Krimson, Raelee, Atticus, Isabella, Lily, McKinley, Hunter and Will and great-great-grandchildren: Asher and Alex; and sister, Teamer Gutherie.
