Local family arrested after infant tests positive for methamphetamine

CULLMAN, Ala. – Three people have been charged with chemical endangerment of a child after a one year old tested positive for methamphetamine during a DHR wellness check.

According to the Cullman Police Department’s Public Relations Director Adam Clark, Greg W. Wallace, 50, of Vinemont, Cassie Nealy, 33 and Jordan Parker, 26 were each charged with warrants for chemical endangerment of a child.

A drug test following a DHR care check was administered via hair follicle test on June 24, 2021 to members of the home on St. Joseph Street SW. All three adults, as well as the infant’s results, tested positive for methamphetamine.

This investigation is ongoing.
