Graveside service for William Sherman Smith, 79, of Cullman will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 6, 2021, at Duck Creek Cemetery with Bro. David Chambers officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 5, 2021, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Smith passed away on Monday, August 2, 2021 at Cullman Regional. He was born March 26, 1942 in Holly Pond, Alabama to Homer Troy and Edith Ressie Smith.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother: Wilford Smith and sister: Jean Randolph.
Survivors include his wife: Janice Smith; sons: Terry (Donna) Smith, Stan (Lisa) Smith, Daniel (Katie) Smith and Terry (Gloria) Yates; daughter: Sherry Bethune; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and brothers: Douglas (Sue) Smith and Robin Smith.
