Funeral service for Ray Cook, Jr., age 78 of Cullman, will be at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, July 26, 2021 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home with Dr. Scott Reynolds officiating and burial at Cullman Heritage Cemetery.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Cook passed away on Friday, July 23, 2021 at UAB-Palliative Care. He was born, November 03, 1942 in Alabama to Ray Cook, Sr. and Janet Cook.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife: Janice Cook; daughters: Leigh (Bruce) Hall and Sheri (Patrick) Davenport; grandchildren: Cody Hall, Dylan Hall, Tucker Grayson Davenport and Kaylie Davenport; great-grandchildren: Vera,Winter,Valyn, Rynlie and Gannon Ray Hall; brother: Wayne (Barbara) Cook and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends, .
Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. on July 26 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the food ministry at Cullman First Baptist Church.
