Funeral Service for Marcey Laseter, age 88, of Cullman, will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 3, 2021, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home with Dennis Trimble officiating and interment in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. prior to the service.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Laseter passed away on Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at her residence. She was born January 28, 1933, to Espy Scott and Netti Eron Privett.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband: Coy Laseter and brothers: Finis Privett and Freddy Privett.
Survivors include her daughters: Melinda (Jerry) Mason and Lisa (Butch) Sharpton; grandchildren: Valerie (Kevin) Moody, Jared (Ree) Sharpton, Katie (Justin) Rutledge, Jessica (Trent) Lowry and Kelly (Chris) Thrasher; great-grandchildren: Trey Moody, Abby Moody, Parks Lowry, Eleanor Lowry, Samuel Lowry, Avery Sharpton and Reese Sharpton; brother: Teddy (Beverly) Privett; sisters: Willa Jo Carter, Kathy Williamson and Carol Echols; sisters-in-law: Emma Jean Tuggle and Lorene Laseter and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
