Memorial Service for Thomas Ross Eubank, 52, of Cullman, will be Friday, April 23, 2021 at Daystar Church in Good Hope. The family will receive friends at 2 p.m. and the service will follow the visitation.

Mr. Eubank was born October 4, 1968 to Thomas E. and Mary Elizabeth Blanton Eubank. He passed from this life on April 14, 2021 at Cullman Regional Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Mr. Eubank is survived by his wife: Diane Eubank; daughters: Heather Hendon and Holly (Charles) Oldham; uncle: Ross Blanton; aunt: Nancy Blanton; uncle: Terry Warman; grandchildren: Evelyn and Olivia Blanton and Brayson Thomas Hendon; best friends: Terry (Tonya) McGill, Drew (Nancy) Hartman, Jamie (Kim) McAdams and a host of family and friends.
