Funeral services for Margaret Camp Hamrick will be Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Moss Service Funeral Home with Rev. Tom Richter officiating. Burial will follow in the Cullman City Cemetery. Moss Service Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Hamrick will lie in state at the funeral home from noon until service time.
Mrs. Hamrick passed from this life Sunday, Feb. 28, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born Jan. 11, 1936 to Carl and Georgia Camp. She was loved by so many. She opened Kiddy Land Daycare in the early 1970s and operated her nursery for 40 years. Margaret truly loved all who belonged to the Kiddy Land family. She lived a beautiful, full life and to her, each day was a gift. The family is grateful for all of your kind words and prayers.
She is preceded in death by her husband John Wendell Hamrick, Sr.; her parents; brothers S.C. Camp, Clifford Camp, and Fred Camp; and sisters Lorene Scott, Theolene Hill, Mildred Lambreth, and Jean Roberson.
Survivors include two daughters Tracy Hamrick and Deborah Singleton; one son John Hamrick, Jr.; one grandson Josh (Maria) Singleton; two great-granddaughters Kate Singleton and Caroline Singleton; and a host of loving family and friends.
