Lanice C. Keller, 82, of Addison entered into rest Sunday, Feb. 28, 2021 at The Folsom Center in Cullman.
Lanice was born Feb. 6, 1939 in Hackleburg, Alabama. She loved her children and grandchildren very much. She also loved shopping at thrift stores and had a contagious laugh. Shooting dice and playing cards were some of her favorite pastimes.
Visitation will be held Thursday, March 4, 2021 from 1-2 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Addison, where services will be held at 2 p.m. Pastor Rodney Ridgeway will officiate. Burial will be in Pisgah Cemetery.
Lanice is survived by her sons Gary Keller, Michael (Amanda) Keller, Huie (Allison) Keller, Larry (LaDonna) Keller and Terry (Valerie) Keller; daughters Dottie (John) Scott, Penny George, Johnnie (Doug) Scott, Cindy Keller and Sheila (Will-Dale) Simmons; grandchildren Daniel Keller, Sarah Smith, Bridget Turner, Crystal Adcock, Blake Keller, Makenzie Keller, Kinley Hale, Felicia Baldwin, Dustin Rickmon, Bethany Jones, Brittney Keller, Isabella Keller, Anthony Keller, Johnathan Scott, Tina Scott, Joanie Gilchrist, Brittini Hester and Logan Keller; a host of great grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, Leborn Cox.
She was preceded in death by her husband Franklin Keller, Jr.; parents Birt and Eloise Cox; brothers Toad Cox, Billy Cox, and Bus Cox; and sisters Josephine Watson, Polly Marcus, Jewel Ballard, Kathlene McDonald, and Sue Wooten.
