Charlotte Annette Federer Chandler, 77, of Cullman passed away on Feb. 2, 2021. She was born April 1, 1943 in Cullman County to Oscar George and Dorothy Wynell Prichard Federer.
Ms. Chandler is preceded in death by her parents Oscar and Dorothy Federer; sister Carolyn Federer Bolzle; and a daughter Sherry Chandler.
Survivors include her son Barry Chandler and wife Tammi; sisters Linda Shedd (of Wyoming), Angie Glasscock and husband Steve, and Beverly Simpson and husband Mike; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of nephews, nieces, and cousins.
A Celebration of Life for Charlotte is to be held at a later time.
