Funeral services for Frank B. Shikle, 89, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 11, 2021 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Center Grove Baptist Cemetery with military honors. Rev. Scott Sessions will be officiating. Visitation will be Monday from noon-2 p.m.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Shikle passed away Thursday, Jan. 7, 2021 at his residence. He was born April 14, 1931 to Charles G. and Mollie McKinney Shikle. He honorably served his country in the Air Force and enjoyed working on aircraft along with studying history and reading the Bible.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son-in-law Joe Spradlin; daughter-in-law Sandy Shikle; sister Margaret Abbott; and brothers Bobby Shikle and Junior Shikle.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Mary Shikle; sons Delane Shikle, Dale Shikle, and Darren Shikle; daughter Lisa Spradlin; grandchildren Chad Spradlin, Cody Shikle, Jason (Tisa) Spradlin, and Selina (Colton) Stricklin; great-grandchildren McKenzlie Spradlin, Logan Spradlin, Gage Spradlin, Ella Spradlin, Levi Shikle, Keegan Stricklin, and Mason Stricklin; and a host of family and friends.
